If unhappy with the item you purchased your welcome to exchange or get a refund (as long as bottle is returned unused). If used, we will only offer to exchange. All requests must be received within 30 days of the receipt.

For returns please mail item to 56 Wykle Road, Ashville, NC 28805. Please be sure to email us at getsaucyhotsauce@gmail.com in regards to your return. Once your return is received we will notify you by email. If applicable for refund the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 business days.
